The third KJAR’s congress, with the participation of members of Congress consisting of representatives of all organizations on April 2nd, and was completed on April 4th, coincide with "Leader Apo"’s birthday. Congress began with great enthusiasm and high responsibility and discussed a wide range of issues. Our Congress has unveiled programs with historical impact, especially at such a stage that we are witnessing intensive and rapid changes in both international and regional arenas. The first framework was the Kurdish women issues and then women of other nations in the region so as to insist on their awareness of the forthcoming changes in the future and their ability to be part of this future

Our third congress first discussed the perspectives collected from the theses of the Leader Apo, which are the guidelines of the age. It evaluated the defenses of Leader Apo as  broad, deep, and one of the most systematic ways of thinking that human beings have ever achieved. The third congress claimed that its main task is to bring the philosophy of life, political and ideological lines, virtue and ethics, which is the theme of such a manifesto, that is known as a manifesto for a democratic civilization, to a socialist and democratic scale and instilling it in the movement itself, in women’s movement and our people’s movement. In the same direction of a democratic civilization’s line, it discussed a wide range of political changes and the struggles in the Middle East in many respects. It also marked the beginning of World War III by the hegemonic forces and the new formation of the Middle East within the framework of their interests and benefits in the Middle East wherein becomes the new center of a political balance

Our congress, once more,  drew the attention to the actual situation of the system considering changes that have begun from its collapse that with the spread of the coronavirus took a globalized face. It emphasized on the fact that for the hegemonic forces the picture of world war III that forced thousands of daily displacements and caused death of millions of people was not sufficient so they have used the Corona epidemic, which originated in capitalist industrialism, to their advantage by the capitalist Industrialism. This system turned the pandemic to a biologic army to spread its empire of fear and deepening the massacre, spreading war and widening the fear to set itself the goal of creating a society that is totally dependant on state and authority so in such a society people stay silent in the face of all the constraints of the system, but the only thing they will think of  is to save their lives! Our congress considered the capitalist system is no longer able to solve today's social problems and has begun to disintegrate, this also means to make changes in the direction of the line of democratic modernity, and once again emphasized on how long it might take time and to by whatever possible ways, it will be built as a result of the global systemic struggle, which has laid the foundation for peace and democracy

Accordingly, to achieve this aim with least of bloodshed and least of destructions it is necessary that all democratic nations, in particular young people and women to work harder and more organized than ever to realize the importance of the

struggle

Our Congress also concluded from the struggles in the Middle East that the Iranian regime has escalated its chauvinist activities against democratic demands, especially women and people, and has surpassed the Turkish government's hostile policies against the Kurds. It does not stop massacring people. Our Congress has thoroughly studied the historical and contemporary causes that pave the way for such a situation and has answered the question of what to do then. Starting from this point, it also concluded that religious, sexist, theocratic, and nationalist thought, instead of finding solutions, deepens the crisis of issues. In this context, the conclusion reached by our third Congress is that the issues will be resolved in an age of a democratic civilization with the emergence of a democracy that will be based on a mental revolution and renaissance in the region, as well as solidarity. To this end, it has called on international and regional forces to pursue a wiser, more democratic, egalitarian, and just, according to the essential rights of human beings

Our Congress also discussed the resume of the practical activities carried out by the plans of the Second Congress and examined the level of changes and progress. The results of the three-year activities were presented to the third Congress by the Coordinating Committee in the form of a report and were widely discussed

Our congress has explored the practical level of planned changes and activities since 2014, the establishment of the KJAR system, the Second Congress, and activities regarding modern foundation and also problems and shortcomings that have occurred during work. It concluded that the concept of "free life and a democratic nation" was understood ideologically and theoretically and put action into practice. Accordingly, "We will build a democratic nation by organizing Rojehlat’s women" was chosen as the slogan of the congress.

Our Congress belongs to those women who have vowed to freedom, and for them the promise of freedom and resistance, once again, means a new beginning. Our movement is not only for the liberation of women but also for the liberation of society. We are in the new struggle to establish a society within the framework of the values ​​of freedom, equality, democracy, ethics – aesthetics. KJAR, once again, in the Congress- in the same direction of the Kurdistan Free Women's Movement-showed its enthusiasm in the struggle for the establishment of free life, with determination and self-confidence and for the advancement of women's militantism

It also reaffirmed its oath of allegiance to the pioneers of women's struggle for freedom of humanity from the stereotypes, and old roots of capitalist and modernist life, and reaffirmed its commitment to establishing a free life for women who want freedom. On this basis, it called on women of all the nations of Iran to re-establish our solidarity with this slogan "Let's unite, let's fight, let's be free."

Congress has approved programs that are capable of taking large-scale practical steps in all domains, including ideological, political, and practical domains

The Congress ended by swearing to advance its system towards a strong future and electing a group as the Board of Directors with the insight that fights against shortcomings and mistakes and expands all its strong and beautiful aspects.
