Every antifeminist plan by Iranian government implies their fear of the end of the regime.

To begin with as the Free Women's Community of Eastern Kurdistan (KJAR), we condemned the antifeminist politics of Iranian patriarchal regime and we express that women have reached a level of consciousness, where Iranian government by practicing of their immoral policies will not be able to destroy people’s volition and at the top of them women´s volition.

Iran is among the high-suicide-rate countries, where the daily rate is 11 people and annual rate 4069 people. According to the latest official statistics of Iran among every thousand (100) people, six (6) person turn to suicide in each year. Meanwhile, most of the suicides took place in Iran, due to various reasons, are not announced by the government.

Internationally, Iran is ranked as a high-suicide-rate country, and among the cities in Iran, Ilam, Krmashan, Lorestan, Baluchistan, and Sanandaj have the highest rate of suicides. This also shows that the autocratic and authoritarian regime in Iran cannot tolerate the active participation of women in any sector, and in every way trying to muffled women's voices. We are witnessing the violence against women on daily basis. Phenomena such as acid attacks, execution of women, killing women based on traditional beliefs and under titles of honor, child marriage etc. are the obvious examples.
Meanwhile, the silence of the authorities and the lack of any institutional protection scheme meaning the acceptance of current system. Moreover, by employing inhuman method of punishment will lead most of women to end their own life. In sake of concretization of statements, several suicide samples from different part of society and social classes, particularly women suicides are provided in following.

In 23rd of this month, we heard about a suicides of a young girl in city of Marivan who was hanged herself. Also, in 26th of this month, 57 year old man ended his life. Further, a woman of age of 30, whose name is Farida, and her father´s name is Hossein, has repeatedly been attacked and harassed by his husband, who is a member of the (national) intelligence agency of Iran, department of the city of Saghiz and also in charge for spread of drug distribution. Despite all these tortures officials remained silent in her case.

Annually we are witnessing statistics with increasing numbers of women suicides and self-immolation in Eastern Kurdistan and Iran. The government of Iranian with its anti-women mentality is ruling the country in accordance with plans and policies, where women have no place anywhere in society and their participation is blurred.

It is worth to pay attention and realize that although suicides of women means that they do not need no longer sustain the prevailing conditions in this society, but on the other hand, we still need to see is that they are victim´s of the circumstances.

Thus, as KJAR we believe that the women of Iran in general in Eastern Kurdistan in particular are conscious on the circumstances, where ethical norms of society have been targeted each and everyday. Therefore, what is needed for each and every woman is that they can defend themselves in all aspects. Moreover, they need to organized themselves perfectly and maximize their activities and their struggles until they end the antifeminist policies of the Iranian government.
